About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to build and scale our Kubernetes platform infrastructure. This role involves deep work on the Kubernetes scheduler, etcd, API server, and custom resource definitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Kubernetes scheduler enhancements and gang scheduling
- Optimize etcd and API server performance at scale
- Develop Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs) and controllers
- Build infrastructure-as-code solutions with Terraform
- Work with eBPF for kernel-level observability and networking
- Manage multi-cloud deployments on GCP and AWS
