AV Production Specialist

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced AV Production Specialist to join our broadcast engineering team. This role is critical for ensuring seamless audio-visual production across our live events, streaming productions, and hybrid meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain video switchers, audio mixing consoles, and camera systems
- Manage playback systems and streaming encoders for live productions
- Configure and troubleshoot Q-SYS and PTZ camera systems
- Execute multi-camera workflows for corporate and broadcast events
- Support Google Meet, Zoom Rooms, and other conferencing platforms
- Handle RTMP, SRT, and HLS streaming protocols
- Implement AV-over-IP solutions
- Coordinate with production teams using Jira for project tracking
